Delivery

Heart to Home creates all your labels to order if you have not chosen the preselected range.  This can take up to 5 working days so please expect 7-10 working days for your order to be shipped should it have customised labels included.  Any other orders may be shipped within 2-5 working days.

All orders will be couriered with The Courier Guy.  Heart to Home cannot accept responsibilty for loss or damage to your package once it leaves the premises.

Heart to Home cannot be held responsible for items that have failed to arrive due to incorrect information supplied. Any items needing to be couriered again will incur additional courier fees.
