Super easy to operate, you just tilt the grinder and the contents will flow. The metal top has an adjustable turn according to your like of coarseness. They require 6 x AA batteries (not included)
The bottom screws off as battery mechanism is inside. And the top screws off for refilling.
It is not advisable to use over steam when cooking as it may cause clogging as well as large Himalayan salt.

Cleaning & Care
Do not submerge in water due to battery mechanisms attached but the top may be washed with soapy water by hand under a running tap to get rid of clogging. Wipe with damp cloth and dry with micro fibre cloth
